lahat ng nakakakita sa kin sinasabing pumayat daw ako lalo na daw iyong mukha at arms ko. i didn’t plan this actually and it scares the hell out of me cause i dont think i’m eating less or exercising more  these days. all of a sudden, i just got slim. i think i lost at least 3 kilos cause i was 49+ kg but now, i weigh 46. scary~~~

anything about him.. about doc embay. you know what? almost all his orders on the chart have ‘thank yous’. how adorable!

yes, we already started hanging out at the hospital as jerks now. don’t get it wrong. ‘jerks’ means junior clerks. :) anyway, our group’s first rotation is in the medicine department of MSH. so, what we’ve been doing exactly is following the medicine clerks from admitting patients, taking history & physical examination, inserting NGT & cath to accompanying doctors making rounds, writing progress notes with PSOAP (basically, that means Problem, Subjective, Objective, Assessment & Plan) and endorsing patients. along the way, it’s not just about solving cases and giving treatments but you also observe people individually and as a whole. i just realize how varied a person can be. everyone can be anyone talaga. so, ok, time’s up for that and it’s time for photoz.

this is at the quarters reading kunwari & waiting for a call from ER, ICU, anywahere inside the hospital.

a jerk at the quarters is either reading a book, scrolling their gadgets reading ebook, chatting or sleeping.

a patient who came in the ER was interviewed.

senior clerk’s filling out medical history for records.

medicine clerks are endorsing their patients and questions are being raised by doc.
